About the Role
Fujitsu’s Apprenticeship Program 2025 offers a unique opportunity to work in the HR Shared Services department. Selected candidates will assist with global HR operations, including employee onboarding, lifecycle management, and compliance processes. This program helps fresh graduates develop strong HR and corporate process skills while working in a professional global environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding HR activities.
- Assist in employee lifecycle management, including background verification and offboarding.
- Participate in AskHR ticket resolution and day-to-day transactional HR operations.
- Maintain compliance and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Rotate through HR functions to build a strong foundation in different domains.
- Contribute to process improvements and support documentation tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must hold a BBA (HR) degree from an AICTE-approved institution.
- Graduation year: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- Must possess a valid degree certificate at the time of joining.
- Should not be registered on NATS with any other organization.
- Must not have previously worked as an apprentice.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
Work Schedule
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Mode: Onsite (22 working days/month)
- Holiday Policy: Follows the India public holiday calendar
