Roles and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineering Trainee, you’ll work under expert mentors in the Port Cranes Engineering team and gain exposure to world-class engineering systems and technologies.
- Work with AutoCAD, NX, and Teamcenter for design tasks
- Create and interpret 2D drawings and 3D models
- Understand manufacturing processes, welding basics, and GD&T
- Collaborate on real-world design assignments with senior engineers
- Learn global engineering project execution methods
- Participate in continuous learning and feedback sessions
- Gain awareness of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers eligible)
- Strong interest in product design, CAD modeling, and innovation
