About the Role
The Analyst I – Wealth Operations will be responsible for administering benefit schemes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role involves managing transactions, responding to client queries, and supporting the Pension Administration (PA) team in delivering high-quality service within defined timelines. Roles and Responsibilities
- Process transactions and handle client/member queries accurately and efficiently.
- Follow standard operating procedures and meet defined SLAs and KPIs.
