Roles and Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries related to purchase, billing, and product implementation.
- Support corporate clients with invoice setup, purchase orders, and account management.
- Assist customers during onboarding, SSO setup, and API integration.
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, and IT teams to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Escalate technical or product enhancement requests when necessary.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to product documentation.
- Maintain product integrity and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Business).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Cloudflare, and IAM (Identity & Access Management).
- Knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, HTML5, and CSS preferred.
- Good typing and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Willingness to work in rotational international shifts (Australia, UK, and India), including weekends and holidays.
