About the Role
The Customer Service & Support (CSS) team at Microsoft is seeking passionate individuals who are driven to deliver exceptional customer success. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for owning, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues, while collaborating across teams to enhance customer satisfaction. This on-site role will require candidates to work five days per week from Microsoft’s Pune office. Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer Issue Resolution: Review, analyze, and resolve customer technical issues using Microsoft’s troubleshooting tools.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with peers and global teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Readiness and Learning: Participate in team learning communities and develop specialized technical knowledge through ongoing training.

Required Skills and Qualifications
