Roles and Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee – Record to Report, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance, and data integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements.
- Reviewing and posting month-end journal entries.
- Performing month-end closing and financial consolidation activities.
- Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Managing quarterly intercompany processes and resolving balancing items.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and reporting accuracy.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.Com graduate or equivalent degree in accounting or finance.
- Preferred Qualification: CA Inter or relevant certification with strong general ledger and reconciliation experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of Excel, ERP tools, and financial reporting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
