Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for C-class items and support end-to-end purchasing cycles (PR to PO).
- Ensure timely purchase order processing, supplier coordination, and on-time delivery tracking.
- Handle PO confirmations, vendor communication, and payment coordination.
- Prepare and maintain Open Purchase Order Reports and Shortage Reports for management review.
- Execute pull-in, push-out, and cancellation actions based on MRP reports to meet KPI targets.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels as per site requirements.
- Manage supplier databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams for purchase order changes and escalations.
- Support shortage and excess management, ensuring timely resolution of procurement challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Diploma / B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / MBA or equivalent.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Procurement or Supply Chain preferred, not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced procurement environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
